Trebuchet Idea Building
We are now building our Trebuchet. it's more difficult than the Mousetrap Race Car. It is so hard that we need more idea. Then me and Arya found out that this might actually works
This is our first working catapult and it sort of work fine
The rubber wanted to pull the catapult so bad that Arya's hand that pulling the spoon needed all of his energy to pull and make a hold to the spoon.
and this is what we made right now.
Day 3, 3/12/13 (We forgot to do day 2)
We made an awesome job in this GA-1010 (our catapult code name) and here it is.
And this is day 1 test. The marshmallow went to 560Cm!

Right now our lever gave a force to our new catapult that make the marshmallow fly higher. The mass makes the speed become FASTER!!! just right now we got to 423Cm in a HALF! New record!
Day 4, 8/12/13
We added some things to make it more farther by putting a popstical in the middle of our fulcrum.
Now we're going to test it and it goes to 806Cm! Or it could be 804Cm.
This is probably the good simple machine ever created for us because we put Non-contact force and the contact force because of the popstical stick on the middle of the fulcrum. And the contact force is maybe the spoon.
Day 5 9/12/13
This is the last day of fixing and we had little changes and we sort of ready to di the "Olympics" but it will be fun.
(It's the same but we add little extra tape on the catapult)
I think our catapult is looks like seesaw/lever because we have Cargo, Fulcrum, Work(or other)
And I realize that the first time the marshmellow hit... That's where we gonna count it. And we did little bit worse.
Day 6 10/12/13
ITS OLYMPIC DAY AND IM SO SCARED!!!
We feel so scared but when we did it we'll I feel good and Arya felt good too.
I think that we would be 3rd place or 4th but I think we would be lower than that and that's okay for me and Arya thinks we got 3rd.
But what! We did get 3rd place
