GarageBand is a cool app available on the iPad to make audio (mp3) files, and we used it to create our radio show about Homo Sapiens Sapiens.
Garageband is simple to use. To begin, you open the app by tapping the icon on your homescreen. Once it opens you will be able to create a new “song,” which is what the projects are called on GarageBand. The next thing you need is something to play with, they will give you a choice of an instrument. And as you could see, there are some instrument you need to download... actually, you need to buy it. So the only instrument you can use is a guitar, a piano, and a drum set. What you could do with one of these intrument is... well, make sound. To start recording, look for the red circle on the top, and to record it, tap the red circle button like all recording app do. Next, you do your music, and if you don't like to do that... you could just use the song GarageBand have made. It is called a "Loop" (I think). What you need to do if you want it is to tap the arrow that is doing a "loop" on the top-right side. Then you could pick which song do you want to use. Those are all the thing you need to know on how to make music with GarageBand. Now you could make music with GarageBand.
